Jon Danilowicz
Jon Danilowicz is a retired Department of State Senior Foreign Service Officer with extensive experience in South Asia. During his career, Jon provided leadership at some of our most dangerous and challenging diplomatic posts. His career highlights include service as Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassies in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Juba, South Sudan and as Principal Officer at the U.S. Consulate General in Peshawar, Pakistan. Earlier in his career, Jon managed multi-million dollar law enforcement and justice sector assistance programs in Pakistan and Panama. He twice served as a faculty member at the U.S. Naval War College, teaching in its Strategy & Policy Department. Jon served as Diplomat in Residence for New England based at Tufts University’s Fletcher School. Jon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master’s Degree in National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. Jon is married with four adult children and lives in Massachusetts.
